At Unity In Christ, our visual identity must reflect the excellence, peace, and divinity of our mission. As our full-time Graphic / Brand Designer, you will be the guardian of our visual narrative. You will take the established vision and translate it into a world-class brand ecosystem that resonates with 2.6 billion believers. From the South African pilot launch to our global expansion, you will create the assets that define our presence across digital and physical platforms.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND STEWARDSHIP: Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide, ensuring a unified visual language across all Unity In Christ and Katso Media brands.

CAMPAIGN CREATION: Design high-impact visual assets for the Phase 1 pilot launch, targeting 200+ churches across South Africa.

CHURCH ONBOARDING KITS: Create professional, easy-to-use digital and print templates for pastors and church administrators to facilitate their transition onto the platform.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT: Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to produce engaging graphics, icons, and short-form video assets that drive organic growth.

PRODUCT COLLABORATION: Work closely with the UI/UX Designer to ensure brand consistency within the mobile-first app environment.

INTERNAL ASSETS: Design professional reports, pitch decks, and internal documentation that reflect our commitment to excellence and stewardship.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing strong branding, typography, and layout skills.

TECHNICAL MASTERY: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva for collaborative work is a plus.

FAITH ALIGNMENT: A personal commitment to the vision of “One Body. One Christ.” and a passion for using design as a tool for Kingdom impact.

CREATIVE VERSATILITY: The ability to design for diverse mediums, from digital app icons to large-scale print materials for church conferences.

COMMUNICATION: Strong ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate within a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
