THE MISSION
BUILDING THE FLYWHEEL OF GLOBAL UNITY.
Unity In Christ grows through trust and relationship, not algorithms. As the Community & Church Relations Lead, you are the face of the platform to pastors and ministry leaders. You will spearhead the 2026 South Africa pilot, onboarding our first 200+ churches and creating the blueprint for how we unite the global Body of Christ. Your success is measured by the depth of connection and the active participation of local believers in a secure, faith-aligned digital space.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-
CHURCH ONBOARDING: Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for the pilot phase, helping pastors and administrators set up their profiles and shared resource hubs.
-
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Maintain high-level relationships with diverse denominations, ensuring the platform remains inclusive and serves the unique needs of different church bodies.
-
TRAINING & SUPPORT: Create and deliver webinars, guides, and training sessions to empower church leaders to use the platform for prayer, streaming, and collaboration.
-
FEEDBACK LOOP: Act as the voice of the user, gathering critical insights from the pilot churches to inform the Product Owner and CTO on necessary feature refinements.
-
COMMUNITY ARCHITECTURE: Develop strategies to foster organic, pastor-led growth—creating the flywheel effect where churches invite other churches into the ecosystem.
-
EVENT COORDINATION: Manage church-facing events, both virtual and physical, to celebrate milestones and share testimonies of Kingdom impact.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
-
EXPERIENCE: 6+ years in community building, ministry leadership, or public relations. Experience working within a church or faith-based NPO is essential.
-
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex denominational landscapes with grace and diplomacy.
-
FAITH ALIGNMENT: A profound, personal commitment to the vision of “One Body. One Christ.” and a heart for serving the global Church.
-

-
STRATEGIC THINKING: Ability to build a scalable community model that works for a small local church as well as a global ministry.
